I am Kunal Mehra and I am an Explorer, a passionate Traveller and an individual who has seen life from both ends of the spectrum. The only question on my mind is “Where to next” – I am a thrill-seeker who’s always in the midst of planning his next trip. I always want to express Gratitude for all that life has given me and made me what I am today. I am positive about the failures and always look at What I can do rather on what I can’t do. The pandemic while had a downside I made this time useful and focused on my personal mental wellness to emerge as a stronger individual. I truly believe in the philosophy of: Sadguru” and try to imbibe some on them to my life. I am a yoga freak and have been practicing it for self-discipline and motivation. 2 decades of experience in the Hotel & Travel domain now makes me an expert at what I do. I want to create lifelong memories for my high-profile clients and a great travel experience. I truly believe that when you work in areas of your passion and interest you always reach greater heights and owing to that I began my career journey in 1999 with Park Royal. Over the years I have worked with finer properties and brands like Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Imperial Hotel and Radisson Malhipalpur. Moving on from Hotels I have explored opportunities at Kuoni, Sita travels (Logistics Manager Sita) and LPTI. In 2017 with the Changing of Management at LPTI I had two options either to look for a new job or become an entrepreneur. Deciding to take on the latter I started with 3B travels in 2017. As a millennial I am always motivated to take up new challenges. I have managed the operations of a resort in the village of Nathua Khan (Uttara Khand ) a small village in the foothills of Panchachuli Peaks. Our aim was to generate employment, creating learning experiences and opportunities and at driving the culture of hospitality amongst the locals. I work on the strategy of ensuring a Happy Customer experience and that building a long-lasting trust-based relationship. I have travelled to almost all of India and my favourites on the list are Ladakh, Sikkim, Darjeeling, Uttarakhand and Jungles of Madhya Pradesh and still exploring. I have also travelled to all South east Asian countries, UAE, Bhutan , Srilanka and parts of Europe and others trying to gather and learn from their rich cultural heritage.
